Job description:

- Perform personnel activities (payroll, HRIS, BPJS, employee database, etc.)
- Conduct employee recruitment and selection process
- Responsible for operational fulfillment
- Responsible for administration related to General Affair
- Arrange driver schedules,car operational, cleanliness and security
- Supervision and control building management
- Performing tasks according to SOP and procedures

Qualification:

- Bachelor Degree in Law/Psychology or related field
- Max. 35 years old
- Fluent in English
- Min. 3 years experience as HRD&GA staff in a Manufacturing
- Experience in Human Resources software
- Able to manage building and vehicle maintenance
- Able to carry out the recruitment proces
