Persyaratan

Maximum 40 years old.

Bachelor degree from Law major.

Have at least 10 years in total work experience in HRGA field.

Have broad knowledge regarding BPJS, Disnaker, Payroll, HRIS, and permit.

Strong knowledge regarding Undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan.

Understand ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.

Had experience in handling PHI problem.

Tanggung Jawab

Monitoring and controlling payroll calculate such as for salary, THR, bonus.

Responsible in calculating increment/decrement salary and incentive.

Responsible in controlling BPJS and private insurance.

Responsible for Industrial Relationship such as labor union, government and PHK.

Responsible for any process of administration employee.
