Human Resources & General Affairs:
Develop HR policies and procedures.
Handle hiring, onboarding, and employee relations.
Manage benefits and wellness programs.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance.
Oversee office maintenance and security.

Purchasing (Welfare & Indirect Materials):
Strategically source welfare goods and indirect materials.
Find and work with suppliers, negotiate contracts.
Forecast demand and manage inventory.
Stay updated on market trends and supplier performance.
Prepare procurement reports and collaborate on finances.
