Details of the offer

Oversee and conduct employee recruitment process
- Managing employee agreement including all related document and contract
- Responsible to all HR Administration Activity and personnel data
- Payroll management activities
- Develop and implement company policy and SOP
- Implement and monitor HR strategy, KPIs, and employee development initiatives
- Managing training & people development
- Managing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan (Edabu) registration and all related activities
- Responsible for company's contract and legal documents
- Managing HR & GA division
- Arranging logistics and preparing administrative arrangements for operation and other activities
- Responsible for facility maintenance and management, office supplies, and service providers
- Keeping records of office assets and working systems

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited / reputable university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major;
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources Department
- Prior experience in retail industry will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office & Excel
- Working knowledge in Talenta HR system will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills, problem solving, multi-tasking, leadership skills, time sensitive.

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 3-6 bulan

Gaji: Rp4.500.000 - Rp5.500.000 per bulan


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
