Maintain accurate records of company assets.

Conduct regular audits to ensure asset integrity and availability.

Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality and pricing.

Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Oversee general office administration including facilities management, office supplies, and maintenance.

Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained working environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

Min. 2 years of HRGA experience.

**Proficiency in HR operations**: procurements, employee relations, administrations, and asset management.

Knowledgeable about Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Strong problem-solving and team collaboration skills.

Fluency in English is mandatory.

Must adhere to our WFO Policy in South Jakarta.
