**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Manage general affairs activities such as office facilities, vendor management, and procurement.
- Handle legal matters including drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Foster positive industrial relationships with employees and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR and legal issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, general affairs, or legal roles.
- Experience in training employees is a significant advantage.
- Previous experience in the FMCG or fitness industry is highly preferred.
- Proficient in legal drafting and knowledgeable about legal matters.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work from our office in South Jakarta.
- Available to join immediately.

Pay: Up to Rp8,000,000 per month
