Hrga Manager/Assistant Manager

**Job Description**:

- All HRGA & Purchasing (Welfare such as canteen & uniform, also Indirect material such as stationery)
- Industrial relation: Handle Union/Serikat only SPSI (Total employees around 1600 people)
- Direct report to Japanese Director and President Director

Requirement
- Male / female
- Age 40-50 years old, preferably 45 up
- Can communicate well in Japanese language is preferred
- Have experiences as HRGA in Japanese Manufacturing Company, more than 500 employees
- Good knowledge about HR: Industrial Relation / Man Power Regulation

**Salary**: Up to Rp20,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (required)

**Experience**:

- Industrial Relation, Man Power Regulation: 10 years (required)
- HRGA Manager: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Japanese JLPT N3 level (required)
