**Job Description**:

- Employment regulation (manpower planning strategy, training & development, employee evaluation & assessment),
- Law (labor law, permits & license regarding Food Division such as Halal & BPOM, also industrial waste)
- HR Budgeting & HR Cost control
- Create and carry out Improvements, especially in manpower development & regeneration planning, as many employees are approaching retirement age
- Control new employee recruitment, supervise HR, and manage HR administration
- Control recruitment, training and development workflow
- Control employee data reports, attendance systems, employee leave and BPJS, payroll
- Industrial Relations and Environment
- Handling subordinate 4 members (SPV & Office Staffs) and for other staffs such as security, cleaning service, and driver

Requirement:

- Male, 35-42 years old
- Bachelor Degree of Law/Psychology/Management/other major
- Have experience as HRGA Manager with over 3 years in one company at PMA Japan Mfg company (Chemical company will be advantage)
- Understanding of all HRGA Jobs & Functions, especially Employment regulation (manpower planning strategy, training & development, employee evaluation & assessment), Law (labor law, permits & license regarding Food Division such as Halal & BPOM, also industrial waste), and HR Budgeting & Cost control
- Have certificate BNSP HR Manager will be advantage

Pay: Up to Rp18,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Karawang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- S1 (required)

**Experience**:

- HRGA Manager at Japanese Manufacturing Companies: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Have certificate BNSP HR (required)
