Manage all HR operations, including recruitment, personnel evaluations, and dealing with external parties.

Total number of Employees: more than 2000 employees

Requirement:
Male, age max. 37 - 48 years old

Education min. S1 Law is preferred, but other S1 major may apply

Working experience min. 5 years as Ass. Manager in HRGA at manufacturing companies(Must)
- Experience in handling employees more than 1000 employees (MUST)
- Japanese N3 Level (JLPT not required) is preferred
- Fluent in English

Pay: Up to Rp2,700,000,000 per month
