Job Responsibility:

- Evaluating the submission of employee needs in accordance with Man Power Planning.
- Manage the process of meeting the needs of employees in accordance with qualification standard required.
- Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate employee assessment results.
- Plan and manage employee training activities.
- Monitor the implementation of employee administration
- Manage the fulfillment of the company's legal aspects.
- Monitor the smooth running of utility maintenance activities according to schedule.
- Manage official travel arrangement activities.
- Analyze and monitor employee discipline, and manage activitie payroll.
- Manage B3 waste handling activities.
- Establish steps to implement safety and 5R
- Provide coaching in the form of verbal or verbal warnings and sanctions written against disciplinary employees.
- Publish company rules/policies according to company needs.
- Establish plans and provide instructions throughout the fulfillment process employee needs
