We are now seeking a position as a HRGA Manager for Plastics Injections Manufacturing Company, who will handle the following key responsibilities:

- Evaluate the submission of employee needs in accordance with the Man Power Planning.
- Manage the process of meeting the needs of employees in accordance with the required qualification standards.
- Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate employee assessment results.
- Plan and manage employee training activities.
- Monitor the implementation of employee administration.
- Manage the fulfillment of the company's legal aspects.
- Monitor the smooth running of utility maintenance activities according to schedule.
- Manage official travel arrangement activities.
- Analyze and monitor employee discipline, and manage payroll activities.
- Manage B3 waste handling activities.
- Establish steps to implement safety and 5R

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Law
- Have minimum 5 years experience in the same position
- Able to operate computer minimum Ms. office
- Must be domiciled in Mojokerto or East Java area
