Conduct the recruitment process flow according to company needs
- Handle administrative tasks related to HRGA such as: assignment letters, attendance, expense summaries, BPJS, etc.
- Maintain employee data into the HR information system database to ensure all employee data are valid and up to date
- Coordinate office maintenance and housekeeping to ensure is well maintained
- Coordinate office asset maintenance regularly, office logistics asset to ensure all assets are well maintained and operational ready
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the same field
- Strong HR administration skills
- Good communication skills and a passion for human resources
- Fluent in English or Mandarin
- Placement : KITIC, Cikarang
