We're looking for an experienced **HRGA Supervisor **to be part of our team in our Head Office at Jakarta.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Recruiting employees
- Monitoring and archiving all employee administrative documents
- Monitoring general affairs
- Understand government laws and regulations
- Experience in logistics is a plus
- Able to work well under pressure
- Mastering HRIS
- Master several psychological test tools
- Accustomed to maintaining vehicles, buildings and other assets

**Requirements**:

- Male or Female maximum 35 years old
- Minimum education is a Bachelor's degree majoring in **Psychology**/ **Law**/ **Human Resource Economics**:

- Have a **minimum 3 years experience **as **HRGA Supervisor**:

- Meticulous and enjoy working on repetitive tasks
- Good personality, self-motivated, well organized, able to work under pressure, and trustworthy
- Have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, fast learner, and responsible
- Experience using **Microsoft Office **(Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Accustomed to using formulas in Microsoft Excel such as **PIVOT, IF, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP**, and so on
