**Job Details**:
Responsible for all the facets of Human Resources functions
Develop an effective HR system and SOP
Make monthly and annual HR reports to Management, Manpower Office and other parties as required
Responsible for HR Finance such as preparing budgets for planning and training plans, and other mandatory payments in HR
Ensure compliance based on company regulations and labour regulations, including decision-making on disciplinary action and industrial relations while prioritizing actions from the persuasive side.
Controlling personnel administration both directly and through subordinates such as attendance sheet, overtime, reimbursement of costs, and meal allowance payment
Manage and make monthly headcounts and hiring plans, as well as initiate talk sessions with employees during on-boarding/resignation period or for any cases that require consultation
Being a contact point for employee including union, with regard to employee relation, policy and any issues, also bridge management team and employee
Prepare and manage job offer letters, work contracts, as well as cooperation agreements, appointments, warnings and terminations of employment.
Coordinate with the each of head department to draw up a training plan, competency gap, job description and structure organization.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor Degree from Management, Law, or Psychology. Holding master degree is a plus point
Having at least 5 year(s) experience in the HR field as a HR Generalist or HR Supervisor, especially in manufacturing company
Having deep knowledge about Indonesia Labor Law including the UU Cipta Kerja
Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skill
Having good experience in communicating and interaction with the union.
Have experience in building/mapping competencies for all positions
Fluent in English and Computer literacy
