Hris Officer - Head Office Jakarta

**Main Responsibilities**- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot HR System based on business needs & requirements- Coordinate with respective stakeholders to help translate the business needs & requirements into technical configuration in system- Create, manage, and maintain all set-up and system configuration- Execute testing procedures for all system configuration to serve the overall quality assurance process- Provide documentation of all processes- Deliver socialization and trainings for respective stakeholders as needed**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information system, or equivalent experience- 1 - 2 years of experience working as system analyst, preferably related in HR system implementations- Having a consulting mindset, experienced in dealing with client's issues and delivering best option solutions- Good analytical and structured thinking- Good communication skills- Have experience in Darwinbox system is a plus- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta- Willing to travel across Indonesia**Primary Responsibilities**- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot HR System based on business needs & requirements**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 monthsApplication Deadline: 03/07/2023
