**HRIS, PAYROLL & PERSONNEL EXECUTIVE**
**OBJECTIVES**
Support to develop and administer Payroll processes with the objective of accurate and timely employee payments in line with Payroll process guidelines and local legislation requirement.
This position will also administer HR Administration/Shared Services processes to deliver best in class HR services, products and systems in line with business needs, HR Shared Services plans, service quality standards and budgets.
In addition, manage and administer HRIS project tasks and reporting requirements that enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency and enable management information for decision making.
**JOB DUTIES**
- Administer Payroll process with accuracy by setting appropriate quality standards and timelines for own work area
- Conduct Payroll activities such as accounting, distributing and preparing payments, benefits, taxes, and Payroll deductions
- Check for patterns of errors/ repetitive issues and rectify the same, else escalate complex issues for resolution
- Maintain various Payroll records as per process guidelines
- Prepare reports for internal use/ Government/ Compliance
- Collate and verify data and information required for carrying out Payroll processes
- Receive and resolve Payroll related queries from employees
- Administer activities for assigned HR service as per set quality standards and timelines
- Understand and follow set standards and timelines for service delivery
- Check and rectify errors during delivery as per process guidelines and precedence
- Maintain service delivery records as per process guidelines
- Tasks may include analysis and reporting, for both internal and external reporting, user support, data maintenance and license management
- Utilize defined project management processes and tools for tracking and reporting project status through HRIS
- Prepare defined HR reports, dashboards and scorecards in an accurate and timely manner through HRIS
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Education background minimum Bachelor Degree
- Experience minimum 4 years
- Exposure with relevant key aspects of HR processes including Talent, C&B, ER / IR, etc.
- English Fluency both in writing and speaking
- Well versed of Ms. Office, especially Excel and Power Point
- Results oriented without compromising Respect
- Has all technical competencies that required by the position
