The HRO Specialist or Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing human
resources outsourcing functions for our clients. You will work closely with outsourced
clients, providing comprehensive HR support and ensuring efficient and accurate
practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships
with clients.
**Job Description**:
- Ensure payroll transactions from several entities are processed efficiently
- Provide a timely, accurate, efficient, and effective payroll and other related reports
- Calculate, report, and ensure all of BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan, and PPh 21 are
processed efficiently
- Perform the effectiveness of end-to-end work processes associated with payroll &
benefit
- Resolving payroll discrepancies
- Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Human Resource Management/Psychology or
equivalent
- Required skill(s): PPH 21, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with
clients and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and
meet deadlines.
- Proficient in HR information systems (HRIS) and payroll software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
