Hse Coordinator

Make and run a safety management system based on government regulations
- QHSE policy and procedure implementation monitoring
- Accident investigation and report
- QHSE awareness activity (Bulletin, Posters, etc)
- Conduct safety induction for new hire
- Provide training which are QHSE related
- Reviewing risk assessment, JSA, and SOP of K3
- Conduct routine inspection of QHSE
- Develop HSE documents as required
- Prepare tender documents, HSE Plan and CSMS documentation
- Ensure the implementation of ISO 9001:2008
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health/Occupational Health & Safety
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields (preferable in oil and gas)
- Having valid AK3U Certificate
- Having valid Pengawas K3 Migas Certificate will beadvantage
- Familiar with CSMS
- Having Awareness Certificate
- Good interpersonal, communication skill and fast-learner.
- Able to operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel) and Design tools (canva/adobe photoshop)
- Strong in documentation and administration
- Excellent in Bahasa Indonesia and understand English will be preferably
- Independent, high initiative, self driven person and able to work under pressure
- Able to work in team and excellent interpersonal skill
- Able to join immediately
