- Male, max 50 years old no 1, 40 years no 2-4..
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering no 1- 3 and Finance / management.
- Minimum of 8 years no 1 - 3, 3 years no 4 same position.
- Having experience in project Offshore activity and project planning, execution & reporting.
- Expert MS. Office ect tools, familiar with oil and gas industry construction practices and safety standards.
- Familiar with anticorrosive painting, composite coating, cold gluing and insulation projects in the oil and gas industry,.
- Knowledge and skill in work supervising methods and techniques.
- have Coating Inspector level 2 certified by BNSP or International Institution no 2, minimum certification of Junior Safety Supervisor KEMNAKER RI no 3.
- Excellent communicator - adopting all methods targeted at staff below, colleagues.
- Self-starter with people management skill, Self Improvement, Logical Thinking, able to cooperate effectively, Honest, discipline, and responsible
