Department Operations- LevelEntry Level- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Control for driver hiring assessment process
- Review driver hiring administration screening
- Provide assessment for test drive result (include outside coverage work area / by video)
- Evaluate test drive process
- Control driver coaching, based on operational issues
- Conduct test drive on driver's new hiring process (collaborate with HR recruitment)
- Ensure maintenance required based on actual needed
- Update maintenance truck data
- Handle and coordinate for emergency assistance
- Placement at **Gianyar, Bali**
