Supports the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of a comprehensive HSE program and related management systems for projects. Serve as a technical expert and resource in HSE matters and serve as the leader/resource in the assigned areas of responsibility. Manage the HSE systems, policies, processes, programs and compliance with all projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and lead the HSE team to the overall administration and implementation of HSE.
- Initiatives, programs, and procedures.
- Participate in the development and implementation of operational risk assessments to help in identifying & mitigating hazards for critical activities.
- Audit subcontractors for compliance with HSE systems and procedures.
- Establish HSE procedure and conduct HSE training, lead HSE network for the implementation and HSE policy.
- Well versed with project HSE (Safety), compliances, standards, health wellbeing etc. Review and comment on the Health & Safety plan of the vendor and implement, maintain & approve contractors EHS document as per standards /code practice requirements.
- Conduct incident investigations, reviews root cause analysis, and advice corrective and preventive actions.
**Qualification**:
- Minimum experience 10 years
- Hold Certification in _POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya / _Middle Operational Supervisor_) -_ preferably
- Hold Certification in _AK3U - KEMNAKER _(General OHS _-_ Ministry of Manpower) - preferably
- Hold _SKA Ahli Utama K3 Konstruksi _(Certificate of Expertise in Construction OHS _- _Advanced) - preferably
