Royal HaskoningDHV (RHDHV) is an independent consultancy that integrates 140 years of engineering expertise with digital technologies and software solutions. We are recruiting for the Business Analyst/Financial Analyst role for Ocean Shipping Consultants (OSC), a specialist RHDHV unit.

**What will you do**:
- To Support RHDHV PM and CM in fulfilling all HSE responsibilities to ensure a cohesive safety approach.
- Organize kick-off safety meetings at the project commencement, involving all contractors and communicate SHE requirements to all contractors.
- Maintain a safety Non-Conformance Report (NCR) log, actively discussing observations during weekly meetings for continuous improvement.
- Manage site safety statistics and diligently maintain comprehensive man-hour records.
- Organize weekly and monthly HSE meetings for all site representatives, fostering consistent communication.
- Review and approve HSE plans submitted by contractors both offline and online through e-PTW system and provide valuable comments for approval.
- Promote HSE awareness within the team and engage all project stakeholders in fostering a strong safety culture.
- Conduct weekly site walk-throughs, report unsafe acts, and promptly take corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly safety performance forms to client HSE Manager and RHDHV QHSE Manager, ensuring transparency.
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching to RHDHV HSE team members, ensuring continuous skill development.
- Record and act on all unsafe acts, near misses, and incident reports, copying client HSE Manager and RHDHV PM.
- Conduct root cause investigations into near-miss reports, including remediation plans, and follow up on horizontal deployment.
- Report any accidents immediately to client HSE team, RHDHV PM, and RHDHV QHSE Manager, and ensuring all corrective actions are 100% closed by contractor based on agreed dates.
- Verify the approval status of safety plans, method statements, and job safety analyses requiring permits, ensuring compliance.
- Build a strong and cohesive team under their authority, fostering a positive working environment.
- Ensure compliance by all team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and guidance to the HSE team, setting a high standard for safety practices.
- Support the HSE team and actively contribute to resolving any issues on the site.
- Ensure clear and effective communication between client HSE Manager and RHDHV PM and CM for a streamlined safety approach across the project.

**What you bring**:
- Minimum 15 years working in construction and high risk activity environments as a Project HSE Manager
- Bachelor degree and Certified with relative qualifications and skills in OHSE, NEBOSH
- Experienced working with diverse & multicultural in a multinational environment.
- Experienced in creating report, conduct presentation to client and excellence communication in English and Bahasa
- Have experience as a Leader for more than 2000 workers in construction.
- Experienced and capable in managing a project with multiple contractors and workforce workers.
- Wiling to work at site project
