**General Information**:
**Your responsibilities**:

- You will deliver and deploy HSE training, audit and Group-wide performance improvement programs to the Divisions and Local Business Units and ensure timely notification of HSE incidents to the management team and Hub HSE Manager, ensure incidents are investigated and lessons learned are shared.
- You will contribute to effective risk management of HSE related issues by providing specialist knowledge and advice to the local operations, provide analysis of HSE data within area of responsibility, report on progress on implementation of Sustainability objectives and key performance indicators (KPI) as required. You will contribute to assessing emerging trends and legislation in HSE and communicate relevant information on legal requirements within area of expertise and geography.
- You will support constituent countries to operate in compliance with standards and respective legal obligations, deliver Coordinate audits (as per Group Audit Program) and supports follow up of improvement actions in the Local Business Units.
- You will cooperate across functions and with business partners to raise awareness and drive performance, engage with internal and external stakeholders to build commitment and credibility for the Operating Unit.
- You will contribute to driving behavioral change and continuous improvement though delivery of training and competency, initiative and expert support to the Local Business Units in line with yearly GA HSE plan with yearly HSE plan agreed with the Business Units, Support sharing of best practice, coordinate reporting on HSE performance and support delivery of Group audit program.
- You will contribute to and/or plans and executes Health, Safety and Environment performance and Corporate Responsibility related projects, develop and report on project objectives and manage project resources such as manpower, tools and documentations.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's Degree, preferable in Health & Safety or similar field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in HSE domain.
- Proficiency in both Spoken and Written English is mandatory.
