Create HSE Department SOP/WI.
Internal Audit QHSE Management System and SMK3.
Handling work accident, investigate, and corrective action.
Responsible for environment and report (RKL, RPL).
Daily, weekly, and monthly safety patrol report and follow up.
Make planning program, implementation, evaluation, training, and campaign about HSE.
