Hub Lead - Spx Express (Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam)

DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Monitor the inbound and outbound processes, including delivery to third party logistics (3PL) and Last Mile processes
- Monitor sortation and distribution of packages by couriers
- Lead courier/driver teams for package delivery
- Create schedule and route for package delivery to customers

**Requirements**:

- Have graduated from high school or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or other relevant fields
- Familiar with planning, shipping, and warehousing strategies
- Willing to work with a shifting schedule
- Willing to work at **Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam
