- conduct performance evaluation / performance appraisal
- employee development strategy
- coaching & counseling
- manage company assets / general affair
- supervising & managing company legal & permits

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- negotiation skills
- able to work under pressure
