- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Employee Relations
- HR Policies and Compliance
- Compensation and Benefits
- Performance Management
- Employee Engagement
- HR Data and Reporting

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven at least 2 years experience as an HC Generalist or similar role, preferably in a digital agency or related industry
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-driven to perform attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with any HR software and applicant tracking systems is a plus
