Human Capital Officer

Details of the offer

Involved the company's human resources activities, specially to end to end recruitment process (start from job posting until offering)

Design and implemented Employer Branding

Ensuring the compliance with the labor regulations

Support for several human capital development processes
Bachelor in Psychology, Management, Business Administration or related from reputable university

Have 1-2 years of experience in Tech Recruitment

Have good understanding of Indonesian labor law and regulations

Have good interpersonal skills to interact and engage with other department

Excellent communication skills and self-organized

Proficiency in google sheets, google docs, Glints, Linkedin Recruiter or other similar tools

Ability to build and develop Employer Branding

Experienced in working in a dynamic, start-up environment will be an advantage


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
