Ensures that our people practices are effective in embedding and reinforcing our values and that we develop our leaders to be strong ambassadors of the vision and values

Develop, activate and refine the AstraPay brand and value proposition

Coordinate and manage major employee engagement & employer branding events to efficiently relay key messages and values expressed by the Group

Manage company culture day, employee events, and own the end-to-end people experience cycle to ensure the best experience possible for our employees with continuous improvement mindset

Supervise any internal (both online and offline) engagement(s) to ensure positive working culture

Manage and maintain proper social media presence to present strong employer branding management.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a Communication related-fields

Very good written and spoken English

Experience in handling branding through Social Media

Excellent communication skill

Have a knack of creativity

Naturally people person, love to meet new people, has strong persona and feel recharged with social activity.
