Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in organizational development.

Managing and maintaining the LMS, including uploading training content, tracking employee progress, and generating reports.

Facilitating training sessions (virtual or in person) for employees with various roles.

Assessing skill or knowledge gaps and evaluating learning & development needs per role/department.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, etc

Very good written and spoken English

Experience in handling branding through Social Media

Excellent communication skill

Have a knack of creativity

Analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
