Human Resource Analyst

Identify HR needs regarding the development of HRIS

Collaborate with Users to do workshops & observation regarding HR flow process in detail

Ensure the execution of HRIS development projects are implemented accordingly
Bachelor's Degree from Informatics System

Minimum 3 years of working experience as HRIS Analyst or related field

Possess a strong HR knowledge

Good understanding of system analyst workflow

Good understanding of business analyst workflow

Good understanding of design analyst workflow

Experienced in Project Management

Strong logical thinking

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
