HR Analyst

**Job Description**:
1.
Aggregating HR data, maintaining high quality data and analyzing data for assisting HR Head
2.
Developing Performance Appraisal
3.
Support Head of HR in facilitating various improvement initiative of Departments in the organization.
4.
Support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives
5.
Contributing to the development of HR dept goals, objective and systems

Qualification:
1.
Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably Psychology or related fields (GPA minimum 3.00)
2.
Min 3 years experience
3.
Understand the business orientation and organizations
4.
Understanding in HR Business Processes and/or employee development function
5.
Strong analytical skills, critical thinkers, attention to details,.
6.
Excellent in Microsoft Office skills especially in Excel and Power Point
