Alatan Asasta Indonesia urgently hiring HR Business Partner (HRBP)

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and department heads, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, facilitating communication, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
- Provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and workplace investigations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and talent assessments to identify development needs and succession planning opportunities.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and government requirements, particularly in the context of public sector HR management.
- Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (COEs) and shared services to deliver HR programs and initiatives, such as compensation and benefits, learning and development, and HRIS implementation with internal or external client.

Qualifications:

- S2 in human resources, business administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification is preferred.
- Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the public sector.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with a focus on public sector HR policies and procedures.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of HR management.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to Rp9,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S2 (required)

**Experience**:

- HRBP: 5 years (required)
- Consultant Firm: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Indonesia (required)

License/Certification:

- HRM (required)
- Training or Trainer (ToT) (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
