Human Resource Intern

1. Support, organize, and execute the company employer branding events and programs.

2. Leverage various platforms and channels to promote events, ensuring maximum participation and engagement.

3. Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing promotional materials & assets for employer branding initiatives and visually engaging onboarding materials & presentations.

4. Support the development and delivery of our New Employee Orientation Program, ensuring a seamless and informative onboarding experience.

5. Capture and analyze feedback to continuously enhance the impact and effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 3rd year University students in Psychology, Public Relation, Communication Science or related field from reputable university with little to none active classes.

2. Strong in people development and event organization.

3. Active in organizations and have experiences leading a team.

4. Creative flair and proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

5. Energetic, extroverted, and ambitious mindset.

7. Willing to work at Kedoya, Jakarta Barat.
