Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.- HR Policies: Draft and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and industry standards. Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance.- Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships with employees, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.- Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems to assess employee performance and provide feedback. Collaborate with managers to develop career development plans and support employee growth.- Conflict Resolution: Manage internal conflicts and disputes, promoting a harmonious work environment. Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees, ensuring fair and equitable resolutions.**Qualifications**:- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail or baby product industry.- Strong understanding of labor regulations and employment laws.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.- Relevant educational background in HR or a related field is preferred.
