Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.- HR Policies: Draft and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and industry standards. Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance.- Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships with employees, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
