- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position/ Fresh Graduate
- Understand of employee recruitment, training & development program
- Understand and prepare for evaluation employee in company
- Organize administration to input employee database and check document HRD
- Understand goverment regulation and industrial realtions such as: Legal document, permit, etc
- Prepare and maintain schedule for each new event and project company
- Like to do improvement as open mind, strong analytical, and good communication
- Good communication, team work, highly motivated, and fast learning
- Computer literate for Microsoft Office wush as: Ms Word, Ms. Excel and Power Point, etc

Willing to be placed in Industrial Estate MM2100, Cikarang
- Bekasi
