Human Resource Supervisor

Together with the management enhance, assess, and deliver new and existing ideas for company purposes.

Create and manage HR calendar and timeline, based on management approvals.

Plan, coordinate and manage all HR administrative functions of the organization.

Performance management of all departments / employees.

Training and self-improvement management to all new hires and/or existing employees.

Serve as a consultant to assist and advise other managers on human resources issues

Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.

Oversee an organization's recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes

Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
Bachelor's degree in HR or similar (preferably a master's degree).

Relevant experience in an HR role for minimum of 5years.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong moral and ethical code.

Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.

Excellent administrative skills.

Aware of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan rules, latest Undang-Undang Ciptaker rules and other governments regulations.
