Human Resource Supervisor

Details of the offer

To handle recruitment, HR administration and the implementation of HR services for assigned areas of responsibility in a timely and efficient manner and to act as role model to demonstrate the understanding of the company Vision & Values, Service Promise & Leadership Competencies behavior.
- Bachelor Degree (S1), (Preferably associated to Bachelor of Law, Human Resource and / or Psychology)
- To establish any Policies or Standard Operating Procedures in Human Resources area
- Develop work system, procedure, and mechanism in HR Department
- Develops and leads training and development initiatives to address current capabilities and future training needs, including on-the-job operational training, department special training, management development, new hire orientation and on boarding
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must
- Industrial Relation : to find out the best win-win solution for any dispute or conflict matters between employee and company by referring to Indonesian Labor Law.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated commitment and continuity in past positions
- Willing to do business trip out of town
