Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provides general expertise to management on all areas of HR- or may be responsible for select functions within HR including employment
- planning
- and development
- Leads and manages people management agenda in a company's business unit/area
- and acts as a facilitator for the company's management team
- Possesses a deep knowledge of the business unit/area
- key employees and business processes
- Builds a strong business relationship with the business unit/area and transfers HR requests and solutions to/from the business unit
- Implements best practices and supports the delivery of HR processes at the business unit/area
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; Final year students or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Has minimum 3 months experience as a Human Resources Intern (will be a plus point).
- Demonstrated experience in organizational development, change management, coaching, and communications
- Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with all levels of the organization and positively influence teams
- Strong organizational skills.
- Analytical, detail, and result-oriented.
- Have a positive, can-do attitude.
- A people person and self-starter would be a great match with the HR Team.
- Willing to do WFO (Bluegreen Integrated Office, Jakarta Barat)
- Able to join ASAP
