We are looking for an experienced and motivated HRGA to join our team through our company based in Yogyakarta. with the description below:- You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within the organization.- You will play a role in all activities from recruitment, onboarding, disciplinary, counseling, performance management, poeple development, employee relation, offboarding, Compensation & Benefit.- This role also requires implement & monitoring HR Initiatives skill to improve morale & quality of work and thorough HR policies until procedures align with business objectives and company culture.- Creative and innovative, through creative strategies, and execute on sourcing variety strategies- A strong understanding of the Human Resources- Utilize data to improve development- Stay abreast of relevant news in the tech industryRequirement- Min 1 years experience.- Proven ability to manage complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment- Excellent team player.
