HR Generalist

PT Rizky Cipta Bumulo is multiple businesses that are operating in entirely different industries under a corporate group, our businesses include Gordon Max Indonesia, Vittoria Wedding Services, and Tiga Lima Coffee and Kitchen.

Meets our requirements:
1. Provable experience in HR for 2-3 years

2. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field required.

3. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, managing people, and negotiation skills.

5. Willing to visit our companies.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assisting in end-to-end recruitment process.

2. Conduct employee onboarding, offboarding, performance employee reviews, and training plans.

3. Maintain employee files and records such as offer letters and salary slips.

4. Administering compensation, benefit, leave, and disciplinary matters.

5. Arrange SOP, assessments, and KPIs which fit to the company.

Placement: Menteng, Jakarta Pusat

**Salary**: From Rp5,500,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 2 years (required)
