Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Human Resources Manager you will be responsible to support (as a co-pilot) the business strategy in the organization in translating into HR action and contributes the development of the organization by driving peoples in order to improve quality of people through development both leadership and functional to meet company's priority.
**A day of life of**
- Define & Execute HR Strategy: Drive the creation, execution & alignment of the People Strategies & Plans with factory priotities to optimize the contribution of employees to the business needs to drive competitive advantage. Coordinate and execute workforce planning for factory including sourcing strategy.
- Organizational Design & Development: Proactively challenge the established factory organizational structure to drive superior performance (taking account of Nestlé principles, policies & local business context). Lead smooth organizational transitions using best practice change management methodologies, in accordance with Nestlé Leadership Principles. Shape the culture to align with Nestlé's goals & initiatives through supporting & coaching to line managers."
- Employee Engagement & Relation: Lead maintaining effective 'win-win' working relationships with employees and their representatives, in particular with the union and other internal formal/informal organization effective consultation and negotiation to align with the business strategy and creates employee engagement. Lead promoting a culture that is productive, open, empowering, safe and equitable by executing Nestle Employee Engagement Program (NEEP).
- External Relation: Covers the group's relationship to external environment aimed at ensuring policy development responsive to society change such as identification & monitoring of public issues /external organization thru social mapping which affect the reputation or operation of the group by implementing effective communication for external stakeholders
- Connect, Source and Onboard: Focusing on organization structure fulfillment by providing sourcing that match with job profiling (JSP) as required by organization.
- External Relation: Covers the group's relationship to external environment aimed at ensuring policy development responsive to society change such as identification & monitoring of public issues /external organization thru social mapping which affect the reputation or operation of the group by implementing effective communication for external stakeholder and implement Creating Shared Value.
- Employee Life Cycle: to focus on attracting and retaining potential employee and rewarding employee based on their contribution and added value to the company by implementing compensation and benefit program as part of retention program (development/training, new assignment, recognition award and promotion). Monitoring implementation of HR System & Data Management: Integrated Human Resources & information System"
- Industrial Relation: develop & maintain the good industrial relationship within all workers, Labor Union, and other industrial parties (internal or external). Spend a qualitative time on the shopfloor, connecting and engaging team through coaching as part of Leadership at shopfloor implementation

- Holding in minimum bachelor degree
- Successful experience in creating, implementing, and executing HR strategies
- Sustained success leading, coaching and developing a high performing team

- Factory and industrial relations experience
