As Human Resources Manager, you will responsible to contribute the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Department.
Qualifications This positions is only for Indonesian
2 years experience in the same positions on luxurious hotel. Preferably to have Law education background. Knowledgeable of Industrial relations. Highly interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all employee-related. A team player, invested in the bigger picture and passionate in being part of a highly performing team. Self-motivated, professional, with a strong communication skill. Strong administration skills (well-versed with excel & sunfish attendance will be advantages). Our family is always growing.
