**Job Title**: HR Manager
**Location**: The Plaza, Central Jakarta
As the HR Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the workforce and culture of our rapidly growing brand. Your expertise in human resources will be essential in recruiting top talent, developing employee engagement strategies, and ensuring a productive and positive work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the recruitment process for new hires, focusing on attracting and retaining talent that aligns with the brand's vision and values.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's objectives and regulatory compliance.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee the performance management process, including setting objectives, performance reviews, and employee development programs.
- Implement effective training and development programs that align with the company's goals and employee career paths.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labour laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with department managers to assess staffing needs and develop strategic workforce plans.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective investigations when necessary.
- Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage HR initiatives and influence business decisions.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per month
