Human Resources Manager
The world's leading Spa Management Company Mandara Spa with a corporate office in Sanur, Bali, is seeking a qualified, experienced, detailed and compassionate Human Resources Manager.
This is a fast-paced role which will suit someone who is personable, has the ability to communicate with influence, and is a team player. We work in an international, dynamic and diverse environment so an open mind is essential. This position is heavily administrative and requires a hands on approach and a strong attention to detail.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
- End to end recruitment for a variety of roles including Spa Management and support staff, office staff, trainers, therapists and trainees including completion and follow-up of Police Checks, Medical checks and all requirements for overseas working visas.
- Timely generation of employment contracts in line with applicable policies and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate compliance records for staff including employee files, HR reporting and HR systems.
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities.
- Development of operational documents to ensure consistent processes are adopted across the recruitment and HR team in general.
- Co-operation with the treatment training department.
- Creation of non-treatment training programs.
- Attending Job Fairs and Schools to actively recruit trainees.
- Working on other general HR activities as and when required.
**About you**:
- You have completed studies in a relevant field and possess 3 years' experience in a similar role ideally in the hospitality industry or in overseas recruitment.
- Fluent Indonesian, proficient English skills - spoken and written.
- Computer literate inclusive of Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/LinkedIn/Social Media
- You enjoy working autonomously and as a part of a team.
- You have a strong understanding of current Indonesian manpower regulations, policies and industrial awards.
- Have experience or willing to learn about recruitment for overseas positions including Indonesian Government requirements and that of Visas for overseas countries.
- You understand that being successful in life requires people skills, dedication, self-reflection and openness to learn.
- An ability to deal with conflict situations in a rational and constructive manner.
- An ability to identify, analyse, formulate, and implement appropriate courses of action.
- Proven negotiating and advocacy skills.
- An ability to network and engage people to achieve the objectives at hand.
- Have a 'do what it takes' attitude and thrive in a free-flowing, rapidly changing environment.
- An ability to remain objective and productive under pressure.
