**Role Description**
**Responsibilities**
- Implement HR Strategies & Initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Supervise and monitor HR daily process and operations.
- Streamline and put proper control over current processes in HR.
- Monitor recruitment & selection process to ensure that talent request can be fulfilled according to the SLA.
- Hands-on & monitor monthly payroll process to ensure accuracy, completeness and on-time payment.
- Conduction coaching activities related to development of potential abilities, skills, and knowledge of HR personnel.
- Preparing and evaluating performance review for all staffs
- Perform the employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Develop, propose, implement and revise C&B Program
- Overseeing exit interviews
- Maintaining department records and reports
- Develop Learning & Development Program
- Propose process and SOP revision to enhance overall HR internal services
- Any other task given by the management and HR HoD.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong in Payroll, C&B, Training and Industrial Relations
- Strong critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement.
- Strong communication in English both oral and written.
- Driven to achieve more and strong at leadership.
**Salary**: Rp20,000,000 - Rp25,000,000 per month
