Working location: Jakarta

Job Responsibility:

- Manage and take responsibility in General HR Function
- Review & revise HR Functions, determine, monitor, and enforce policy
- Performing Job Analysis, competency setting, performance appraisal, salary structure and salary
- Benchmarking to design compensation and benefit scheme
- advise to management regarding Organizational & talent development
- Ensure that HR process including performance management system are aligned with current emerging business

**Requirements**:

- Min. Post-graduate degree in Human Resources, MBA, Psychology or others
- Have 10 years experiences in Talent Management, Organization Development or Human Resources Architecture
- Holding any human resources professional certification, such as Certified Human Resource Management, Professional Coach Certification, or others
- Has implemented strategic projects in HR, such as organization development, talent management, Personal Grade Job Grade restructuring including salary adjustment, developed attractive incentive or bonus program for sales team
- Fluently in English.
