We are Junior Lab Indonesia, Science Education Center based in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare staff plan and recruitment plan according to the company's business.

2. Proficient in various recruitment channels and posting job JDs.

3. Responsible for the whole process of resume selection, interview and onboarding.

**Requirements**:
1. This position needs to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Fluent spoken English is a plus point.

2. 2 years or above recruitment related work experience.

3. Able to complete the recruitment work independently, skilled in the use of recruitment software and websites.

4. Familiar with local labor laws and personnel management regulations.

5.Willing to be placed at Tangerang Selatan, Banten.

Pay: Rp5,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
