Human Resources Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

- Record and maintain HR database (current employees' files, hiring files, absences, and etc)
- In-charge of end to end payroll process
- Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs (including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages)
- Work closely with management to review on company's policy and strategy of people development
- Oversee employment relations issue (resolve conflicts/ complaints between employees)
- Identify areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale
- Identify and address employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
- Counsel staffs on updated HR policies, practices, and procedures

Job Requirements:

- Minimal 3 years of experience as Human Resources Supervisor (preferably in F&B/ retail industry )
- Bachelor degree in Psychology/ Management/ any related major
- Advanced in Ms. Office (Ms. Power Point, Ms. Excel & Ms. Word)
- Understand government policy (UU Ketenagakerjaan & UU Cipta Kerja)
- Strong knowledge in Payroll System & HRIS
- Fluent in English; both verbal and written
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Have great interpersonal skill, outgoing, analytical, and strong coaching skill

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Rp6.500.000 - Rp9.000.000 per bulan

Kemampuan Bekerja Jauh dari Rumah/Pindah Rumah:

- Jakarta: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diutamakan)
