Hygiene Manager Ayana Midplaza, Jakarta

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement hygiene protocols, policies, and procedures for AYANA Midplaza, JAKARTA
- Regularly review and update hygiene protocols and procedures based on industry standards and local regulations
- Provide training for all staff on hygiene protocols and procedures
- Monitor and enforce hygiene standards for all areas of the hotel, including public spaces, guest rooms, and food and beverage outlets
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to implement and maintain a hygiene culture throughout the hotel
- Maintain a record of all hygiene-related incidents and report to management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Environmental Health, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hygiene-related role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Excellent knowledge of hygiene protocols, policies, and procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Knowledge of local and international regulations related to hygiene and sanitation.
